Fashion in DC is different personalities and mood swings and unique styles to the imagination.
The older crowd is more settle and laid back and the top pieces are a nice silk or cotton shirt amd maybe with a picture logo representing a popular brand.

Shoes in 2013 for the young school girls are thick sole going for the Eddie Munster style but cute with their uniforms or street clothes.

The guy students are more any style shoes with the wings to take off and fly and maybe rock the Converse sneakers. Some with the Michael Jordan's latest style tennis shoes.
